PIN INSULATOR
Pin insulator is a component that supports or suspends a wire and forms electrical insulation between the tower and the wire . The pin type porcelain insulator and cast steel are cemented together, and the surface of the porcelain is coated with glaze to improve the insulation of the insulator.
Pin Insulator should have sufficient insulation strength and mechanical strength. During operation, they should not only withstand the effects of working voltage and overvoltage, but also have sufficient resistance to the erosion of chemical impurities, and need to be able to adapt to the changes in temperature and the influence of the surrounding environment.
