1.The Din Type Porcelain Transformer Bushing is a mainly insulated device installed on the case of transformer. It allows the electrical conductor to pass safely through the grounded conducting barrier such as the case of a transformer or circuit breaker.A basic porcelain bushing is a hollow porcelain shape that fits through a hole in a wall or metal case, allowing a conductor to pass through its center, and connect at both ends to other equipment. Bushings of this type are often made of wet-process fired porcelain, which is then glazed. A semi-conducting glaze may be used to assist in equalizing the electrical potential gradient along the length of the bushing. The inside of the porcelain bushing is often filled with oil to provide additional insulation and bushings of this construction are widely used up to 36 KV where higher partial discharges are permitted.
2.The Din type porcelain transformer bushing leads out the high voltage and low voltage conductor from the interior of transformer to the insulating bushing on the outer case of transformer, not only isolates the conductor from the ground, but also supports and fixes the conductor .
3.The design of the din type porcelain transformer bushing mush have strong enough electriacl strength and mechanical strength to ensure that it can survive the penetrating ‘electrical energy’ passing through the conductor.Must have a good thermal stability to withstand the heat strike when short circuit happens. Mush have small size, small weight, good sealing performance, versatility and easy maintenance.
4.We supply good quality din type porcelain transformer bushing, also together with metal fitting if customer required.
